Randy Starling is the director of North Central Florida Public Charter School. He has worked in the field of education for more than 30 years. The majority of that time his focus has been in the area of dropout prevention and recovery. He is a firm believer that all children do not fit the mold of a traditional school setting. He believes that North Central Florida Public Charter School offers students an alternative route to obtaining a high school diploma. Whether it’s a students first attempt or third for obtaining that high school diploma, the opportunity is always here for success.
